The residence, fully renovated in 2012, reveals complete luxury for your well-earned holiday with its south-southwest orientation.
As you walk onto the numerous, spacious terraces, an unforgettable view of the Côte d’Azur is everywhere you look.
You will find shaded places to enjoy rest and relaxation in the lovingly landscaped gardens filled with mature trees. Balmy nights invite lengthy lingering with a glass of rosé on one of the terraces.
Jump in the refreshing water, and when you emerge from the 5x12m pool the clear blue Mediterranean is at your feet. The pool is heated from spring to late fall, so you can enjoy bathing in pleasantly warm water.
The built-in child alarm ensures additional safety, allowing you even more relaxation on your well-earned holiday.
Enjoy the warming rays of the sun as you cool down on the comfortable deck chairs you find around the pool.
An outdoor kitchen with a cooktop and refrigerator right next to the pool is available for your refreshment.
Take your time – for delightful cooking in the open kitchen, naturally with the sea view – equipped with all the amenities for your culinary skills.
Modern devices such as induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, and an espresso machine, make preparation, not just cooking, seem like child’s play.
A Dyson handheld vacuum cleaner is available for use.

The Villa Levant, which was completely renovated in 2012, contains five bedrooms with four bathrooms.
Individual air conditioners in all rooms can be adjusted for your comfort.
In the evening, you can let in outside light by opening the window. All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with insect netting.
Comfort is capitalized in the four modern, spacious bathrooms as well. Towel dryer, hair dryer, body scale, oversize shower, and bathtub are available during your stay.
Six separate half-baths are distributed throughout the villa.
Sleep well in the new, comfortable box spring beds with single coil mattresses. All beds are furnished with a silk topper.
You have the option to equip one of the bedrooms with two twin-size beds.
Cribs and extra beds are available for our little guests.
